La giovane economista iberica ha ricevuto diversi premi per le sue innovazioni. Parteciper\u00e0 a settembre a The Economy of Francesco: \u00abPunto a promuovere una comunit\u00e0 che sogni alla grande\u00bb<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Si definisce curiosa, eclettica e risolutiva. E ai suoi vent\u2019anni Amaya Vizmanos, uno dei grandi talenti economici iberici, \u00e8 mossa da un\u2019energia potente e contagiosa, fonte di ispirazione per molti della sua generazione. La sua ambizione? \u00abEssere agente di un cambio sistemico, tentare di trovare nuove soluzioni per l\u2019inclusione e lo sviluppo integrale delle persone\u00bb, assicura da Pamplona, dove \u00e8 nata. La sua aspirazione \u00e8 \u00abpromuovere una comunit\u00e0 che sogni alla grande, pensando nel meglio per le persone, e che ritrovi la curiosit\u00e0 e la voglia di lavorare per il futuro e per il bene comune\u00bb. Per questo, Amaya sar\u00e0 ad Assisi a settembre per partecipare, assieme ai giovani di 70 paesi, a The Economy of Francesco, rispondendo all\u2019invito del Pontefice a fare emergere le idee e i sogni per un cambiamento radicale dell\u2019economia. All\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Navarra Amaya sta ultimando la doppia laurea in Legge ed Economia Internazionale. Un percorso formativo che integra con un terzo itinerario accademico in discipline umanistiche all\u2019Universit\u00e0 a distanza di Madrid. Cos\u00ec spiega la sua scelta: \u00abMi muove la curiosit\u00e0. Ho scelto diritto per comprendere le regole del funzionamento della societ\u00e0. Economia per capire come agiscono i sistemi economici e il comportamento delle persone nella gestione delle risorse scarse. Umanistica, per intendere l\u2019essere umano\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Amaya fa parte della Scuola di leadership dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 Francisco de Victoria e del programma Women Lead to Inspire, che sostiene le eccellenze nel campo della consulenza strategica. E figura anche nella categoria ‘Business & Economics’ della lista Nova 111 Students, che identifica \u00abi profili ‘under 35’ che hanno gi\u00e0 ottenuto successi unici e mostrano il potenziale per un impatto positivo e rilevante nel futuro\u00bb. Un esempio del suo esito \u00e8 l\u2019incubatrice di progetti della cosiddetta generazione Z, il Xirimiri Lab, che Amaya Vizmanos ha lanciato a soli 18 anni con due amiche, inglobato nel servizio di consulting della Casa della Giovent\u00f9 del Comune di Pamplona. \u00abIl concetto \u2013 spiega \u2013 \u00e8 quello del ‘xirimiri’, la pioggerellina fitta e leggera del Paese Basco, che fa fiorire il campo in primavera, ma finisce anche con inzupparti. Allo stesso modo, goccia a goccia \u2013 osserva \u2013 il laboratorio genera una rete di supporto ai giovani per aiutarli a collegarsi e integrarsi fra loro, a conoscere le realt\u00e0 esistenti nella regione, a porsi sfide e a risolvere problemi, a intraprendere iniziative sociali e innovative\u00bb.<\/p>\n
