LEMA: “PÔR-SE A CAMINHO” : CUIDAR DE MOÇAMBIQUE AOS 50 ANOS, INSPIRADO NA MENSAGEM DO PAPA FRANCISCO, POR OCASIÃO DA “ECONOMIA DE FRANCISCO” (EoF), DE 6-8 DE OUTUBRO DE 2023
The general theme is: And [the economically disadvantaged] «set out as subjects of science» in the manner of the Economy of Francesco.
The objectives are:
– Discuss building a less exclusive country in social, economic, cultural, and political terms;
– Reflect on Mozambique’s economic transformation in the new extractive industry context;
– Examine approaches in Health, Administration and Finance, and Law through the Economy of Francesco (EoF);
– Offer social, cultural, and economic approaches that empower economically disadvantaged individuals to contribute their knowledge to national development.
The thematic axes are:
1. The Economy of Francesco and its relevance for Mozambique;
2. Political, cultural, and social ethics based on EoF;
3. Health, Administration, Finance, and Law: caring for Mozambique in the manner of EoF;
4. A new development proposal focused on the perspective of the economically disadvantaged.
