ASSISI 2022
At the moment it is not possible to precisely communicate the number of participants. There are limited places but it all depends on logistical factors also determined by the trend of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The participation fee is €300, it includes activities, accommodation and a full board in Assisi for the entire event, September 22-24, 2022.

If you can’t find the email to access the registration area, please RESET your password following these steps:

3- Select “Lost your password”.
4- You will go to the reset password area. Once there, enter your e-mail valid and current address (the e-mail address you used to send your application, that is your username and can’t be changed)
5- You will receive a link to create a NEW password via email.

GRANTS
Type A. Provides a contribution to cover the participation fee ONLY (including registration at the 3 days event, board and lodging). The fee amount will be notified shortly.
Type B. Provides to partially or totally cover the cost of TRAVEL.
Transport costs TO and FROM Assisi (Airport/Assisi – Assisi/Airport) are not included.

No, if you need a grant to participate in the EoF 2022 event, you have to ask for it again and send a new application, using this LINK.
VISA AND INVITATION LETTERS
People from certain countries need a Visa to come to Italy.
Check with the Italian Consulate in your country if you need to apply for a VISA. You can check directly on the Consulate official website.
- If you need a visa, you will have to apply for a TOURIST VISA (90 days).
- Check your passport validity.
- Check every document needed by the ITALIAN CONSULATE in your country (every consulate in different country ask different documentation). You can check directly on the Consulate official website. Start as soon as possible!
- For any related visa issue, write to [email protected]to ask for an official invitation letterfor the event.
Send an email asking for it, with a copy of your passport to community@francescoeconomy.org and we’ll send you a simple invitation letter for the event.
VILLAGERS AND COMMUNITY
Since January 2022 you can request to be part of the EoF Community and to participate in the 2022 event using the APPLICATION FORM.
They are young people who organize and participate in the activities of the Thematic Villages and are involved within the community life. Each of them has sent a personal application and has been selected by the EoF Board.
Because of privacy issues, the Organizing Committee cannot share the list of community members. If you want promote a call on social media or an initiative/event in your country to meet them, please inform us promptly and we will be happy to spread your call or initiative by social media or by email.
The EoF Life in the world: what’s going on locally, what was born from the meetings and after the 2020 November event, particular stories of a territory, perspectives, requests, best practices, projects, work-in-progress initiatives, shared paths and local proposals for today & tomorrow’s new economy.

There is currently no pre-event this time.
No, being part of the EoF community or being a Villagers does not automatically mean being able to participate in the EoF Assisi 2022 event. It is necessary to fill in the new form to confirm interest and wait for feedback from of the EoF Board.
