The EoF BOARD is the team that coordinates the activities promoted by the organizing committee, the scientific committee and that supports the work of the Villages and territorial initiatives. Here you will find the main proposals, open to our community but also to all those souls who feel close to the spirit of EoF.

Living The Economy of Francesco events are proposals inspired by The Economy of Francesco life. These are initiatives organized at the regional or local level (in presence or online) in the form of workshops, laboratories, study seminars, conferences, round tables, calls for action and much more.

MEET THE PEOPLE

The EoF community is mainly made up of stories. Young entrepreneurs, researchers and changemakers building pieces of a different present and future, every day.

Ten years ago, Varsha Thebo, now 29 years old, left her country where she could not go to school. She now works at the World Bank in Washington.
VICTORIA
Victoria Villareal, a young lawyer, began as a consultant and supervised the creation of an experimental hub in El Caney entitled «Collaboration is more effective than competition. »
FINAL STATEMENT and COMMON COMMITMENT
The work and commitment of the EoF young people has resulted in a declaration, which expresses in 12 points both a personal commitment and an appeal to citizens, institutions, and companies all over the world. At the end of the November 2020 event, 12 young people from 12 countries representing the 12 EoF villages read the Final Statement and Common Commitment EoF.

The Economy of Francesco in 10 QUESTIONS: Diego Luca de Tena
We spoke with Diego Luca de Tena, a member of the global community the Economy of Francesco (The Economy of Francesco-EoF) who is part of the Madrid HUB's "Energy and Poverty" Village and organizer of the "Triple Impact Business Cases" workshop that will take place in Assisi in September.
Dreaming with your feet on the ground (from the periphery)
Vilson Groh is a Catholic Priest who lives on the hill of Mocotó, on the outskirts of Florianópolis (South of Brazil). In partnership with other civil organisations, he assists and promotes coordination to defend and guarantee the rights of vulnerable people. He develops activities of education and social assistance in the peripheries of Grande Florianópolis and in Guinea-Bissau in Africa. Father Vilson will be in Assisi for the Economy of Francesco (EoF), especially during the conference on 23rd September 2022.
Children and teenagers must not stay “happily ignorant” of the world around them anymore
