March 8, the reading marathon continues. Femininity, violence, discrimination. Rights violated, freedoms denied. But also courage, determination, and intelligence: literature is female and speaks all languages.
A sign to celebrate and defend the value of words and their generative capacity for salvation, the fundamental right to express oneself, to protest, to defend and fight for life, rights and freedom.
The event is to express solidarity with those in Iran and Afghanistan who are protesting against the violence, crimes, and abuses that are affecting women in particular.
Oltre 30 città sono impegnate oggi nella maratona di lettura globale Ars Narrandi, Ars Vivendi: un unico evento in tante città del mondo per dare voce alle donne e ai giovani vittime della repressione in Afghanistan e in Iran organizzato da The Economy of Francesco.
