The EoF BOARD is the team that coordinates the activities promoted by the organizing committee, the scientific committee and that supports the work of the Villages and territorial initiatives. To date, a very rich motivational and professional repertoire has been collected, which would merit itself an “in-depth study” of the actions of young people in different geographical areas, in favour of their own social context and at the same time of the whole humanity.

MEET THE PEOPLE

The EoF community is mainly made up of stories. Young entrepreneurs, researchers and changemakers building pieces of a different present and future, every day.

Ten years ago, Varsha Thebo, now 29 years old, left her country where she could not go to school. She now works at the World Bank in Washington.

Victoria Villareal, a young lawyer, began as a consultant and supervised the creation of an experimental hub in El Caney entitled «Collaboration is more effective than competition. »
FINAL STATEMENT and COMMON COMMITMENT
The work and commitment of the EoF young people has resulted in a declaration, which expresses in 12 points both a personal commitment and an appeal to citizens, institutions, and companies all over the world. At the end of the November 2020 event, 12 young people from 12 countries representing the 12 EoF villages read the Final Statement and Common Commitment EoF.

Creating a culture of peace and fostering a better world for our children to live
We met with the coordinators of one of the projects born within this village, named Children Flourishing Index. “Global talks is an initiative where we invite guests around the world so we can have conversations that matters” – they said. “Dialogues on how can we work towards a culture of peace, to create a world where children and future generations can thrive and flourish?”
The great challenges between sport and economy – TOKYO 2020
A few days from the conclusion of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, we report the special contribution we received from two EoF young people, Jean Claude Rugigana and Gabriela Matus, who are Community Leaders of Yunus Sports Hub.
The UN Food System Pre-Summit with The Economy of Francesco
Review the working session of the Second Day of the UN Pre-Summit on Food Systems on July 27th 2021, held in Rome, promoted by the Vatican Covid-19 Commission together with "The Economy of Francesco" and read the testimony of Lucia Capuzzi, the moderator.
